6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Lebanon only.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days and may vary due to external factors.
Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, responsibility for delivery is transferred outside the store’s control.

7. Returns and Refunds

All returns are subject to our Return Policy (14-day return window). We do not accept returns for used items or items that do not meet the return conditions.
